Strategic Plan: 2025-2030
Central Noble Community School Corporation is proud to announce the official launch of its district-wide Strategic Plan, unveiled on May 30, 2025. This comprehensive plan is designed to provide clear focus, foster unity of purpose, and guide decision-making in alignment with the values and future needs of our school community. It represents our steadfast commitment to excellence, continuous growth, and a bright future for Central Noble. The foundation of this plan was built through a collaborative and inclusive process, which took place from March to August 2024. It included climate and culture assessments, surveys, focus groups and community feedback sessions. This initiative was made possible through funding from the BSCA Grant, awarded to CNCSC in 2023.
As a result of these efforts, the district had identified four core District Values and four key Focus Areas that will shape our direction and priorities in the years ahead.
Limited copies of the printed plan are available to the community at the Central Office. Please feel free to stop in and request a copy or CLICK HERE to view a digital copy.
