Absences

Please report absences to the office at 636-2279 before 8:00 a.m. if possible

Include:
- name
- student's full name
- reason for absence
- telephone number where you may be reached

-assignments will be gathered at request of the parent if a student misses 3 or more consecutive days of school due to illness

If your student will be taking a vacation during the school term, please turn in a vacation form at least 3 days prior to departure.  Vacations forms are available in the middle school office.
